Solasta Guidelines
At Solasta our guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your spa experience is enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies have been set to be fair and transparent, to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy
We have reserved time and space especially for you and require 24-hour notice of any appointment cancellation. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% for the full scheduled session.

If for any reason your provider needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.
Tardiness Policy
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, unless directed otherwise. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but may receive an abbreviated session.
Prices Policy
Each provider at Solasta is an independent contractor. Every provider has a different list of skill sets and services and each provider charges accordingly. We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the best experiences. Although we make every effort to keep our website updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Credit Card Policy
At Solasta, we require a valid credit card to book all services. All card information is stored within the encrypted, secure Vagaro or Square payment processing system. Once entered, card information is not visible to any party except the processor. Aside from specific services that require a deposit, nothing will be charged upon booking and a different card may be used to pay for services when they are rendered.
Special Conditions Policy
Please notify your provider or our front desk staff before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, allergies, or are pregnant. If you feel you have a medical condition or are currently under medical supervision, it is recommended that you consult you physician before visiting Solasta.
Children Policy
While we adore children, we advise you to please leave them home if they are not brought to be serviced. Children run a liability for injury and damage if left to roam around the building. Children who are brought in to be serviced must be well mannered and able to sit quiet and comfortably. Due to the private nature of our services and the tranquil environment needed for everyone to enjoy their services, we ask that no children or extra guests accompany you to your appointment, phones are left on silent and voices are kept quiet as this can take away from other clients' experiences. We strive to provide personal attention to each and every guest. Please plan accordingly.
Restrictions
To receive the splendor and full pampering of your service we would like to suggest that you please turn off your cell phone or place on silent while in the Spa.
Solasta will not be responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items. Please leave valuable items in your vehicle or at home.

Any sexual or unethical solicitations are not tolerated and will result in non-completion of your service and will be reported to authorities.
